This increase is attributed to the opening of the new commercial facility "Bivi Shin-Sapporo" and the influx of educational institutions such as universities, attracting more young people to the area.

Furthermore, the area with the highest land price in Sapporo is in front of Sapporo Stellar Place. Here, the price per square meter is an astonishing 7.28 million yen (24 million yen per tsubo).
